Applies to classpeiat.com, courses.classpeiat.com and all ClassPe IAT batches.

The short version

Your data stays with ClassPe. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own use. The information you give us is used only to run your course and support your preparation.

1. Information we collect

When you enquire, register or purchase a ClassPe IAT batch, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, city and state.
• Academic details — class/year, school or board, subjects studied, and exam preparation history.
• Learning data inside the platform — attendance, lesson progress, test scores and performance reports, used to run features like mentorship, performance reports and gamification.
• Payment confirmation details — order ID, amount and payment status. Card, UPI and banking credentials are processed directly by our secure payment gateway; ClassPe never sees or stores them.

2. How we use it

• To create your account, allot your batch and deliver classes, recordings, material and tests.
• To communicate schedules, results, reminders and support responses (including on WhatsApp/Telegram groups you join).
• To generate your performance reports and personalise mentorship.
• To improve our courses, and to comply with legal, tax and invoicing requirements (e.g., GST invoices).

3. No third-party sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or any other independent use. Your information is kept with ClassPe.

The only limited exceptions are:

• Service providers that operate our platform infrastructure (such as our learning-management system and payment gateway), who process data strictly on our behalf and only to deliver the service to you.
• Disclosure where required by law, court order or government authority.

4. Storage, security and retention

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Course content and learner data are protected with encryption and anti-piracy measures.

We retain your information for as long as your course access is active and thereafter as needed for legal, accounting and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Students and parents

Many of our learners are minors. By enrolling a student below 18 years of age, the parent or guardian consents to the collection and use of the student's information as described in this policy.

Parents may contact us at any time regarding their child's data.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to support@classpe.com from your registered email address.

We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses basic cookies and analytics to understand site usage and improve the experience. These do not identify you personally outside the site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available on classpeiat.com with its effective date.
